Manual loading, unloading, and operation

1. Place piece part in part support (fig. 1)

2. Advance part support (tailstock) (fig. 1)

3. Advance racks.

4. Return part support.

5. Return Racks.

SAFETY NOTE:
A manually loaded and operated machine should be equipped with a two hand safety push button. This push button requires the operator to use both hands to run the machine. Therefore, he, she cannot have hands or fingers in the machine while it is in operation.
